• Return Policy

  At Buzz Furniture we believe that if you are not 100% satisfied with your chair purchase, we promise to refund you in full, including shipping both ways on all single chair purchases.

  NB. This can only occur if the furniture has NOT been assembled and is returned in its original packaging.

  A full refund cannot be provided if:

  1) Item is assembled.
  2) Original packaging has been discarded.
  3) Item is returned damaged.

  If one of the above occurs, a restocking fee of 40% plus the return postage will be charged and deducted off the refund total.

  We are ‘Yes’ people. If you want items quicker, please call and we will endeavour to make it happen!
  We dispatch within 3 days of all orders. Multiple product purchases and larger fit outs are a little more tricky to co-ordinate and can take a few days longer (Please look at individual product delivery times).
  Delivery time frames are based on the product with the longest delivery time frame.
  Delivery is to the ground floor only, however in most cases the driver is happy to delivery to a higher floor, provided that the building has a lift and the lift fits the product(s). If the products do not meet these requirements upon delivery, this will incur an extra fee which will be invoiced to you.
